Bookings

Historically izakaya dining is centered around the bar and this tradition continues at Cho Cho San. The bar is a long, concrete elevated bench table with comfortable, padded stools. If you are allocated to the bar we feel that spots for two and three are best in a line, larger tables will sit across from each other like a regular table. If you have another preference please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

If you have a preference for lower seat, please let us know and we will happily oblige where possible, requests are allocated by earliest bookings.

We generally offer two sittings on all individual tables, if your reservation is between 7.00pm-8.00pm you will most likely be seated at the bar.

We only take a limited amount of online bookings, if your preferred time is not available please be in touch. For all bookings larger than 8 please contact us on 02 9331 6601 or send us an online enquiry.

LUNCH BOOKINGS

We kindly ask to conclude by 5.00pm

DINNER BOOKINGS

We offer two sittings and all tables booked before 8pm have a two hour seating time. Should you wish to extend this, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We will be in touch to reconfirm your reservation, please let us know if you will not be reachable, as unconfirmed bookings will be cancelled.

If you are running late for your booking please call to let us know. We will hold the table for 15 minutes without hearing from you, after this time we will release the booking.
